If you are looking to move to Canada permanently, then you will also need to apply for a regular Canadian visa. However, if you are only visiting Canada for a short period of time (for example, less than six months), then a temporary visitor visa may be sufficient. Canada Visa for Cypriot Citizens

Why Canada?

Canada is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. The weather is temperate year-round and the country has a wide variety of landscapes and natural resources. Canada is also one of the most peaceful countries in the world, with low crime rates and strong social safety nets.

Both Canadian citizens and foreign nationals can apply for a visa to visit Canada. To get a Canadian visa, you will need to meet certain requirements, including having a valid passport from your home country and being in good health. You will also need to provide evidence that you have enough money to support yourself during your stay in Canada and proof that you have no criminal record.

If you are applying for a visa to visit Canada as a foreign national, be sure to apply well in advance. The application process can take up to six months, so it is important to start early if you want to be sure your application will be accepted.

As of September 1, 2018, the only way to get a Canadian visa is through an immigration office outside of Canada. If you are not eligible for a visa but still want to visit Canada, you can apply for temporary resident status (TRS) on arrival.
