The Transfer Process:
The transfer procedure begins with the completion of the transfer request form. The seller must complete the form and provide all the required documentation. After submitting the transfer request form, the seller will receive a statement of dues (SOD) from management (if all outstanding objections and dues have been cleared).
In order to obtain the SOD, the client must visit the site on the scheduled date and time. However, after paying the remaining balance, the customer submits the transfer documents along with the receipts to obtain a No Demand Certificate (NDC). Once the seller has met all of the requirements, the NDC will be issued by the transfer officer of Capital Smart City.
